JODY ORDIONI

Jody has a passion for best-practice trends in branding, communications and human resources. She has spent the past 20 years developing and implementing programs that make the most effective use of all. Her personal mission is to optimize marketing, internal communications and talent acquisition efforts to foster employee engagement, customer loyalty and a seamless brand experience through the employee lifecycle. Ms. Ordioni frequently consults with companies on how to implement brand-aligned employee communications for business. Her clients include global brands such as Avon, New York Life and Kaplan.

Cliff believes that all the data in the world can’t guarantee you greater shareholder value and cash flow if you haven't learned how to push a consumers emotional buttons and trigger the loyalty gene in your employees. This set of strong beliefs has helped grow major brands such as Wal-Mart, Southwest Airlines, Burger King and Motorola. Cliff is a frequent Speaker on Branding, appearing at Universities across the US and has recently founded the Red Light Project, a modern, heretical research engine that turns hypothesis into insight and action.
Susan Stehlik
Clinical Assistant Professor of Management Communication, New York University Stern School of Business. CEO of Prime Time Ideas, Inc.
Professor Stehlik has worked with companies such as ABC Television, SAC Capital, Vanguard Investments, Detica and Comedy Central, and has lectured on a variety of human resource issues to the Japan Society, University of Dar es Salaam and the McKinsey Global Business Institute, to name a few.
Prior to her consulting work, Professor Stehlik spent 21 years in international finance, managing human resources and public relations as a member of the senior management teams at Bank of Boston and Nippon Credit Bank.
Marc Effron
Marc has worked for, and consulted to some of the world's largest and most successful companies including Bank of America, Citigroup, Philips Electronics, Reliance Industries (India) and Alcoa. Marc is currently VP, Talent Management Avon Products and the founder of the New Talent Management Network a non-profit networking and research organization that is now the world's largest talent management organization. Marc's next book is One Page Talent Management: Eliminating Complexity, Adding Value, to be published by Harvard Business Press in April 2010.
